Janet, could you share some specific examples of the kinds of care or services they're providing in the community?

I just wanted to recognize my mother, who's passed away since then, a few years back.

But she was what you would call in our communities a CHR, which is a community health representative.

And she was the primary care provider in our communities.

And she... did probably the similar thing that is recognized in Alaska with the community health aides.

She was able to do assessments.

She was able to do other things like manage an emergency, doing IV therapy, and as well as other things like stitching and things like that.
