Yeah, I have an interesting story because my first example of heart-centered leadership was was in the defence industry, where everyone would expect it would be the opposite.

But I worked as a CV on a defence project, and the CEO took the time to stop and listen.

I don't arc up very often, but when I do arc up, clearly, because I keep myself small, so clearly when I do arc up, It's for a reason.

And this man said to me, he acted on what I was saying.

So it's kind of, it's in two veins.

I start writing about my history and about my childhood, because I was brought up by a narcissistic father and I was bullied at home and at school.

And then I do go into the workplace, the, the... where I didn't know what abuse, what it looked like not to be in an abusive situation because I'd grown up in that environment.

So then I started, uh, feeling it from male-dominated.

I went into the defense industry straight out of uni, and I did a math degree.
