Please share with us your one big idea.
28:10
Well, I'm so excited, Josh, to talk about the road to leadership cohesion.
28:15
And this is a road I've been on for the last 20 years.
28:18
And it's about learning all the different sides of yourself for the ultimate self-awareness of who you are, which then parlays into great leadership style.
28:29
Because if you learn to lead yourself first, then you are a great example for leading others and teaching them to lead themselves.
28:38
So let's talk about this road a little bit.
28:40
There are four different ways I encourage people to look at themselves.
32:49
Do you also coach around this as well?
3:32
And there was
3:33
a new venue being built like catty corner across the block from us.
3:38
And a bride, one of their first brides came to me in the liquor store and said, hey, would you quote the alcohol for my wedding? I said, absolutely.
3:45
We do that all the time.
3:46
So I did it.
3:47
I sent her the quote and she called me about two or three weeks later.
3:52
And I don't remember if the crash happened in the meantime or if the crash had just happened, but we were right in the thick of that.
8:30
And
5:56
Where does DJing fit into this?
5:58
Oh man.
6:00
Yeah, so I was a disc jockey, a mobile disc jockey.
6:03
So the crazy thing is, I have this theory that everything you do in your life leads you up to today.
6:10
And some things just are happenstance, fortunate, and being a DJ was one of those things.
6:15
So I would say that I learned all my people skills.
6:18
Well, I got a really good start on my people skills waiting tables because there's money at the end of that people skill capability.

33 MINS LATER

How does this play into what you call the road to leadership cohesion?
