Dan BowesHOST
How should leaders be thinking about the relationship between people and AI over the next couple of years?

Jane LinGUEST
Yeah, I think the starting point is to say that in government, a lot of the work we do is innately human and will never be replaced by machines and should not be replaced by machines.

Jane LinGUEST
And whilst AI can help us in some of the process behind that type of work, it will never be able to replace human judgment and decision making and sort of accountability to citizens and all of those important things that go behind the work that is unique to government.

Jane LinGUEST
Having said that, having worked in government for my whole career, I have never, ever had all the time and resources to do all the things that I think need to be done in order to achieve my goals.
