... well, selecting our own but then allowing the others to be the ones who adjudicated which from that selection what kind of shortlist would go forward.

So it was kinda really putting, placing your s- work in the sort of, in the hands of these other people to choose and, and, and, and we just sort of developed the, evolved this process.

Christer was always super insistent that we were incredibly egalitarian.

We all would have exactly the same number of photographs in the thing, and we had to have the same amount of space, and we, we rotate the names of the publications we do, and this kind of thing.

But we developed this process where the other two kind of score the, the selected, the first round of selections of, of each photographer's work, and then that determines pretty much what goes in.

Although you have, we, there's a bit of scope to sort of try and save your darlings if you've got something you really [laughs] wanted to put in.

Are you, like, adding written content to the mix as well? Or, or what are, what are you guys doing?
