it's going to be a good one so let's start at the beginning so you had your first child in 2013 what made you decide to start a business?

So it took me a really long time to realise that I was in fact running a business.

I just knew that the kind of work that I was doing as a senior leader in education was not compatible with the life that I envisaged as a mum.

so I didn't have a plan I didn't really set out to have a business I just had a next step because I really did not want to go back into the classroom and in that sense this business wasn't set out from some kind of grand vision board it just kept growing as I was responding to what was in front of me Because I didn't want to go back in the classroom, I started tutoring and I always thought that I would go back eventually because I absolutely loved my job.
