Let's welcome Jan Kruger.

Okay, welcome everybody and welcome Minister Stephen Smith.

Thank you for joining our session today.

I am actually wearing my parent hat more for this session and I've spoken with Jack and he has given me permission to talk about his work journey.

And the way we've done that is by showing him a lot of the photos that I intended to use and talk through some of the key messages.

And he was happy for me to do that.

So for those that haven't met Jack, Jack's 21.

valued roles that he's grown up with.
