So what is happening with this?

Yeah, so there's this new rule that's beginning in January, although we're seeing a lot of the impacts already because states are required to balance their budgets every year.

And so they're already thinking ahead and anticipating the loss of the federal dollars that they get and the more than $1 trillion in cuts in federal funding to Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, and also Medicare.

And so people, Medicaid is a healthcare program that's run by state governments and Medicaid helps many people get healthcare.

Also many people with disabilities and older adults who don't have a lot of resources use Medicaid too.

And most states have also made it easier for folks to become eligible for Medicaid through Medicaid expansion if folks don't make a lot of money.

And so this new rule is about work requirements.
