I mean, not so much now, but, like, certainly a few years ago, there would be times where something would happen where I would make a mistake while driving or I would be late for something and I would really just, like, spiral because it would kind of just trigger some sort of, "You're just stupid and effectless and you're an idiot." My self-esteem would still be sort of so tied to some of those early neuropathways, uh, that were drawn.

I ultimately was lucky though, 'cause I had a good outcome academically from school, whereas I think if you, if you haven't had that, you're always carrying that around, especially if you hadn't had a diagnosis.
