Now, I'm really good.

Look, I feel really lucky.

I, on a, on a sort of weekly, monthly basis, I meet other stroke survivors and I see the impact that the, the physical impacts of strokes having on their lives.

And, and I feel really lucky to be, um, in a place I am now.

Um, but it's quite interesting.

Yeah.

Are we making inroads in changing that mindset where self-care is truly valued?

Can you tell us a little bit about, um, yourself and your role with Health15?

Yeah, definitely.

So, um, Jamie Summers.

I, I've been in the construction industry for, um, a long, long time now, probably almost 27 years all up.

Started in the UK when I left school, trained as a builder, worked on the tools for, um, most of my younger life, and then, um, progressed into owning a small construction company in the UK before, um, emigrating to New Zealand in 2011.

My journey with Health15 probably started back in, in 2019.

Uh, on the 14th of December 2019, on a very normal Saturday morning, I, I suffered a stroke.

Um, how do you scale something like Health15 to be able to deliver these initiatives that you're saying that you think we need throughout the sector?
