But what do you think could be a solution to this?
16:16
I think what really helped me and it's you know I try not to focus on my last few months in the classroom because it was it was really hard and I did reach like complete burnout I was not in a good place mentally or physically when I left the classroom but had so many amazing years in the classroom and like I said I always started my day with a yoga practice that was just so instrumental that I did decide to become a kids yoga teacher and bring a lot of that into my classroom and model those regulating breaks which helped so much and um and making sure I protected my lunch, I would actually lock my door at lunch because I would have, I had a much younger teammate and he was brand new and he was, but he wanted to come in at lunch and he wanted to talk the whole time about the kids and what was stressful and what was hard.

And it was just becoming like, that was my little bit of a break.
17:16
And It was okay sometimes, but you know, like boundaries I think are so important for teachers and we are by nature, just very giving, caring, empathetic, usually human beings.
17:28
So that can be really hard to put up boundaries with your colleagues.
17:32
And when it's your protected time, I would always try to focus on taking little resets, like breaths and like, or modeling for my students, like, I need to think about that for a minute before answering.
17:48
I mean, all of those things I think were so essential in not only staying regulated myself, but modeling that regulation for my students so that they could learn from that.

Can you talk to me about what has movement, what has that done for children in your classroom? And how can an educator implement it in hers?
