I'm not gonna compete with you for a second here." Can you just expand on that? Is that what it's like swim, bike and run? So is there even bike sessions where potentially you, you ride away from him?

Yeah, sure.

Um, look, I think I'm not going to take away that Sam is extremely competitive.

You can't be one of the best Ironman athletes in the world without being extremely competitive and having it like ingrained in you at a deep, deep level that I want to kill this person, uh, physically obviously.

Um, whether it be in racing and often that overflows into training, right? And I think I'm very similar and I think Sam and I have similar personalities in that sense and I don't wanna talk for Sam, but that's just obviously my view.

So I think, you know, Sam obviously has the ability and o- over the course of his life has, um, you know, cultivated his camp to be exactly how he wants it and he's allowed people in that he feels will fit and, and, and you know, has been very, uh, protective over that.

You know, you can see on his YouTube videos as well that, um, he's a very emotional being.
