It's hard to tell how our town is growing, right? Seniors want to stay put.

They often have the conversation, we've all had this, like, well, if I sell my house, where am I going to go, right? So housing affordability is a conversation that we need to have in Rye, and we need to have in Rye in the context of the development going on in Port Chester and the development going on elsewhere in the area.

We're landlocked.

We don't have a lot of land to develop.
