I think we got to the point where it just happened so quickly as well.

Like two years ago, no one was really doing anything with AI.

Now all of a sudden there's like, the industry has really changed a lot.

I'm like, yeah.

When something changes that quickly, potentially the structure inside the organization didn't change as quickly, so it's been quite chaotic when you're talking about spending a lot of money and potentially they haven't set up AI innovation squads or people that actually manage what is the change that's happening across the industry.

And I think we're catching up to that now.

They don't look at, okay, well, where are we going wrong in our process to actually need AI tools? So what mistakes are you seeing people make when it comes to AI adoption?
