So what do you teach your MSLs to do as like the very first step, assuming they've never met with this KOL before?

So one thing that I would think about, and we can look at it in two different scenarios, really.

The scenario is here's an MSL.

They've never met this KOL before.

And the MSL could be no experienced MSL or a very experienced MSL.

But imagine in my therapeutic area is oncology.

You have thoracic oncologists that you've been calling on, but now your company wants to call on a gynecologic oncologist and your company doesn't call on GynOx.

from the KOL interaction, what other preparation work should the MSL be doing for the KOL interaction?

So, so how did you approach that specific assignment at, at Wrexham?

I think that the first thing is not to make the mistakes that I've made in the past.

I've had 20 years experience in similar roles and made lots of mistakes, done lots of really good things as well with, with community engagement.

Um, my approach to it at Wrexham was to really look at the, the story of Wrexham.

So Wrexham was born by a chairman that was, um, the chairman of the local cricket club, and he went to the local mayor and asked for a football for, for the kids to play during the winter, and that's where they, where the current first team play at the racecourse.

That was, they allowed that pitch to be played with that football.

So we are trying to use the similarities of, of how the club was founded and deliver those types of community engagement within the, the communities that Wrexham has created within Wrexham, but also globally as well.
