I remember back in the day, so my previous career before coaching was I did makeup, and I worked for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and we would have these makeup conferences where it was all people that I knew, that would- we'd come together, and we'd learn about the new products from time to time, different seasons.

And I remember we'd have to, like, go around the new- the room and just share our name and, like, where we're from.

And I would, like, almost have a panic attack before they got to me.

I, uh, hated speaking.

I hated being seen.
