What would it take for you to scale this beyond breast surgery towards other groups? Do you think that you have to go through those you know, buy-in and, you know, implementation science principles? Is that kind of what you're both thinking about?

Absolutely.

I mean, anytime you're trying to do something in a big institution that's different than what came before, as you, I'm sure, are aware, there's going to be a ton of resistance to that because people don't like you screwing things up, missing out the workflow, and there's different metrics that people are trying to meet.

But I think that definitely now that we've come back with these results, that there is a way to scale this with modern technology.

What were we worried about before? Worried that people couldn't get meds later on at night.
