Uh, why don't you, for investors, uh, who don't know the company, it's new, um, uh, but, but it has a history, maybe you can give, uh, y- the, you know, investors the 101 on, you know, just the history of Suyo Mining and, and, you know, the, the, the, the unique asset that you guys have.

Um, so Suyo Mining, right now what we're doing is a reverse takeover of a CPC.

So there's a cashed up shell sitting on one side, and there's a private asset on the other, and we're in the process of completing the reverse takeover where the private entity, uh, takes over the public entity, and the ensuing company will be Suyom- Suyo Mining.

Um, what the asset is, is both first and foremost, we're kind of, uh, approaching the junior mining space backwards that we have today an existing permitted and producing plant.

And, uh, the, the story goes back all the way to 2005 in terms of the overall asset base and their development, um, but back in 2005 it was just an exploratory package of concessions.

But, uh, yeah, maybe you can talk about, uh, you know, wh- where, where, where we were, where we're headed on, on the, uh, on the throughput side.
