You're like the man.

And I learned it the hard way.

They're Well, they're teenagers, so how has your parenting changed the way you interact with them?

So the question before us, uh, as I want to talk about our journey, TOUCH's journey in this space, is how can we foster child-safe digital environments on s- social media? For us, the starting point is this: Social media is not just something that the children use.

It is an environment that they enter very much like a physical environment.

Brent, may I invite you to respond to this question?

Okay, we've already established early detection and screening is key, but, um, who should be considering screening, at what age, and how often?

I would suggest men above 50 years old, go and check it out with a doctor and, uh, find out about prostate cancer screening.

You see, prostate cancer screening is, is, uh, you have to be careful in a sense that you do not want to do so much and pick up a lot of early, n- uh, clinically insignificant cancer, right? We want to avoid picking up all these not important cancers.

At the same time, we do not want to miss out those serious clinically significant ones.

So actually, we need to discuss with the patient, come to a, what we call a shared decision-making, because there's risk of, uh, doing too much screening.

You can pick up a lot unnecessary-

... doing a lot of unnecessary, uh, investigation, biopsies, scans.
