... almost every sports fan has got a, a, thinks they can do better than the manager of their s- favorite sports team.

And I think almost every person on the planet thinks they can do a better job than the teachers.

Well, crack on and let's see how you go, you know? I think we, uh, we have got an amazing profession, and it has, it is viewed by too many as, "Well, it's easy," um, until they taste the reality.

A- and I think that so many of us are trying our absolute best, but the system itself isn't supporting us in one way, shape, or form.

And we could spend this whole, uh, recording and 10 more, um, worrying about all the problems, and that's an important thing to do.

But we could also, and I know what we're doing here is focusing on, yes, but what can we do? Not what are all the worries, not what are the things we're concerned about.
