Question two, what do you wish someone had told you about leadership earlier in your career?

I wish they had told me anything.

So often, especially agency side back then, you kind of did some good work, went up, and then you didn't really get the tools to lead.

So you kind of learned or flunked on the job.

And I think gradually that's changed.

And I think especially in-house, I think that's definitely improved a lot.

But I think if there's one thing that it took me a while to realize was that your energy is infectious and it affects everyone.
