Well, problem is our two other Red Cross vehicles are old.

I'm after putting nine grand into the 212 for a near new engine.

And the one that crashed, we were after putting a tank in for the AdBlue, 6,000 euros, which is all it has to be paid for.

So they're old, the vehicles are old and they have to be replaced.

And I'm hoping to get Clore funding in the next week or so to hear the good news that we'll be getting the Clore funding.

How much does that differ, though, from a traditional path towards getting a project made in Hollywood?

I think it differs pretty drastically.

I mean, I think we should, we always try to caveat this with the fact that like, we know that we did come from a traditional background.

Like we had the really good fortune to be on One Tree Hill and other shows sort of as we were like growing up in this industry, And and that, you know, I think that success at sort of a young age allowed us.

I mean, obviously it got us the built in audience that we needed to have a successful crowdfunding campaign.

And it got us into a lot of rooms that we might not have otherwise gotten into.

But, you know, we we really thought that once we had made the content, it would be a more traditional path.

I think as you both have matured throughout your careers, what were some things early on that were important that aren't now?

A lot of, uh, humbling times through this experience but, um, you know, very fortunate to have a, uh, a creative team around us that, that really keeps this thing humming.

And that team extends even beyond the people that you might see in the credits, you know? Like, um, you know, our...

We screen our episodes for our team internally.

We screen our episodes for people, um, that are, you know, maybe one or two people outside of our network.

Um, we, you know, we'll take...

But just, you know, you gotta be methodical about it.

... or do some kind of foreign pre-sales and we would get more of what resembled a typical, you know, television budget for a major streamer.

Um, and when that sorta didn't happen, we decided we were just gonna go at it like we did the first season.

Um, we, you know, took the game plan- took the season to Michelle and said, you know, "How do we write this down so that we can, you know, y- so we can get it down to what we accomplished in season one?" And she was like, "I don't think you guys have to write much down.

I don't want you to write much down." Like, she was like, she had her, her real...

Like, she always has her creative hat on when she's problem solving, which is-

And so we spent a few months crowdfunding the thing, uh, which was a whole journey in its- I mean, that was a whole production in itself.

Um, and then s- thankfully, like, the fans of One Tree Hill, fans of Laguna Beach, fans of, like, Alex's show, The Royals, and Karissa's show, H2O, like they really showed up for us in a huge way and got us that budget.
