That's a great question.

And in all honesty, it's such a proud moment to be a part of this episode and talking a little bit about what New Mexico is doing and what we're doing right.

And I think it starts with leadership from our governor throughout the cabinet and really solving problems at the local level first.

And, you know, when I look across the cabinet and I look at what the governor has sort of nourished here in New Mexico, it is everywhere in New Mexico.

And, you know, I'll just tout a couple of things because you build, right? And New Mexico, you know, most recently we now have free child care and universal child care for health, public schools, public school lunches.

And so can you walk us through New Mexico's PFA legislation or why policy actually is a great conduit and a foundation for circular economy investment and all of the transformative things that you're describing.
