As a side question to that, uh, what do you see in terms of training needs when new students come into your industry?

Well, I think that there's a few things that are never gonna change.

Um, the ability to define problems, uh, and use critical thinking to attack problems, uh, is, is something that won't change, uh, at least, uh, in the near term.

Um, I would say that I have a lot of concern about how people are gonna continue to learn, uh, if they're not required, especially out of school, those first few jobs where they learn by doing.

Um, if, if that all goes to AI, then how will they get the experience that they need in order to do the jobs that will come later? Um, and so that's a big concern that, that I have.

Uh, I think we really need to think about that, and by we, I mean all this academia and industry, on, um, how do we take advantage, yes, of the, of the efficiencies that can come with AI, but also, uh, look at the longer term picture and understanding how that might impact people.

Uh, what do you think are, uh, academic researchers should be studying that would have the most impact on industry in coming years?
