Yeah, well, you know, the political fallout was interesting because the governor made the announcement without really getting the endorsement of the state legislature.

And so when they started hearing about it, they said, whoa, wait a minute, we're doing what? Because of the money, the way that they had appropriated dollars for that fiscal year, there was money available for her to make the announcement and actually start implementing it without having to go back to the legislature to ask for more.

But they weren't happy about it.

Not at all, particularly not the fiscally conservative ones.

So the politics became really more of a executive branch versus legislative branch policy issue.

So that was one piece of it.

But is there any other high-level strategic advice you'd give to those advocates who might want to make that happen where they live?
