What brought me here is really community.

I started off as an athlete all of my life, had an opportunity to make a little hit in the NFL.

From there, turned into an entrepreneur, spent a lot of time building communities around health and wellness and the health and wellness journey.

As a personal trader, I had an opportunity to take a foundation or my company from seven people who lived to 750.
