So can you elaborate on that a little bit?

Every individual has what we refer to as a leadership profile.

And that profile we refer to as the three P's are prerequisites, performance, and potential.

And I'll walk through each of those very briefly.

The first part of anyone's profile is the prerequisites, which is essentially the knowledge they bring to the role as a leader.

This is the knowledge they may have acquired during acquisition of their degree.

It may be individual coursework or certifications or training that they've done over the course of time.
