So what happened in that gym session that made you go, I want to do high rocks and go all in on high rocks?
11:22
Right.
11:22
It's been a long time coming.
11:24
I've listened to you guys.
11:26
When I say listen to you, I haven't listened to every episode or anything like that.
11:29
But I remember ages ago, I kind of saw High Rocks and I was like, there's something about this that I really like.
11:35
I felt like I was suited to it, I guess.

So, I

I'm interested to know, Jimmy, how's your running changed since joining Hyrax? Obviously, there's going to be a lot of different training in there, but what does running look like for you at the moment?
25:39
Figuring out, George, because I've kind of gone on the fly in terms of, I guess, going all in with Hyrax.
25:44
At the start, I was like... really like my journey into high rocks i guess you'd say is i was just kind of taking the piss and did my first one at sydney off of three weeks of training because i thought it i thought i might be okay at it and then you know i did 57 57 and that was that was pretty good i think i did the world record run splits for it that anyone had ever done um and then i had a coach reach out and he basically said you know do you do you want to take this seriously or are you just mucking around? And it turned out like he's a very renowned coach.
26:14
Like he coaches some of the people that are in the, they call it the elite 15.
26:18
He's got the women's world record holder at the moment, which is actually from Australia.
26:21
So that was kind of like my journey into going all in.
26:25
But at the start, I was still wanting to, I guess, go really hard with my running, but like gradually as I've gone on, I've gone, no, I actually want to go first for this.

Do you sort of draw any sort of comparisons between triathlon and potentially what you could do in the high rocks?
