Kindleworth’s Blueprint for Building Law Firms
2:38
10:12

John QuinnHOST

And they have some thoughts as to either a sense of frustrations in where they are and whether or not they're in the right home, but probably also some views about how they might want to do something, how to deliver services better, price differently or reward their team or build a culture.

And often it's a multitude of all of these different features that are in their minds.

But what they perhaps don't know is how on earth do they actually get from where they are into that new organisation? How do they do that with as little interruption to their business as possible, to their clients? How do they manage that workload, given they're already incredibly busy people? So they're full of questions and sort of meet us in a very early stage of that thinking.

So James, share with my audience, what is Kindleworth and a little bit of that journey of got, you know, got you to this point of launching Kindleworth.
J

It's focused on helping, if you like, some of the world's sort of top practitioners in the legal market to set up their own law firms.
J

And then once they're up and running, we help run those firms on an ongoing basis.

How we got to be Kindle Earth and where that came from might be a slightly longer answer.

The second part I would love to address is where do most, say, founders underestimate that cost or complexity in doing this?
