So which teams are you thinking from what you've seen, James, and also... also Tim that you think are going to be in and around Wolves in that top four because I think there's a massive drop off from those top three I'm not saying that materialises and that happens at the end of the season there's always one or two teams that do do very well etc I get that but for me it's these three sides at this moment in time and then I think there's a big gap between fourth and the rest
0:36
Yeah, well, I've seen Borough a couple of times and obviously Lancashire is the big thing for them if they can keep him fit, because I don't think Morgan Whittaker has ever really done it to the levels that maybe people were expecting at Middlesbrough.
0:47
And I don't think they can rely on him as much as someone like Lancashire, who scored at Molineux the other night for the under-21s as well.
0:52
That was his first cap.
0:54
Swansea are the interesting one for me because I haven't seen them and they've obviously got quite a rookie manager as well but you know so far they've got the best defence in the league not scoring loads of goals but top of the league at the moment by two points West Ham will be around there I mean West Brom weren't necessarily any better or any worse than I thought they were going to be actually against us In the games I've done, they're a neat, tidy and efficient side, but don't really have too much punch up front.
1:20
So I kind of got what we expected from them.
1:23
QPR behind West Brom, haven't seen them yet.
3:27
did he celebrate? And he just smashed his hand on the table like that and then said, that's
14:30
But James, I want to come to you because obviously you're from a different generation to Adam and myself, probably coming through at a time when there were university courses and things available for the guys of your age to actually invest in, which weren't around when we were around.
14:46
Yeah, well, I didn't really know what I wanted to do.
14:47
I was kind of getting into year 11 at school and I did some work experience at the Express and Star in Wolverhampton, the local newspaper there.
14:54
And although I kind of enjoyed it, I didn't really push it any further, but kind of made some good contacts there.
15:01
But my mum was kind of looking around at different university courses and, you know, growing up.
15:05
kind of equidistant between Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock and Stafford, just up the road at Staffordshire University at their Stoke campus, was the sports journalism course, which was run by a combination of Mitch Price, who I'm sure you know, Pete Brooks, and Ian Bailey as well, who beforehand had been the press officer at Stoke for a while.
15:24
And all three were great for me, especially Mitch, who... really wanted to get me onto that course, but sadly, my A-level results didn't reflect the high UCAS points tally that was required.

So when did things shift gears for you? When did you get that perceptible change in the way you were working?
