For all my clients, there is, uh, different things, reminders or schedules, like to do things like for, as I touched on before, the water, the meals, uh, meant by lunch and all of that.

But it's also other things, like for instance, booking that doctor's appointment.

Like I 90, uh, it's between 85 and 90% of my client base are biologically woman.

And one of very important thing for them is every now and again is to book smear tests.

And there is so much, I have clients who have anxiety, crippling anxiety when it comes to making a phone call.

So booking in something which is paramount to, to their physical health, they can't do.
