The BeastHOST
awesome all right well let's get to know you a little bit better so can you tell us how did you first get into triathlon

James CarterGUEST
I've always done like a little bit of swimming here and riding there I have always hated running like I've never been a good runner right um And I kind of feel like my endurance journey sort of started with open water swimming.

James CarterGUEST
Like I started doing laps at the pool and the next minute I'm doing like a 5K open water and then the World Series swims all over Australia.

James CarterGUEST
I think like a lot of it had to do with like regulating with like neurodiversity and things like that, which definitely helped.

James CarterGUEST
And then obviously like the dopamine seeking, I kind of feel like I fell into like triathlon and endurance based from, you know, like a mental health perspective and being wanting to be like connected to community.
