But where did life start for you and how did you become this branding expert that we see today?

Okay, well, if we go back, let's not go back too far.

So from a professional standpoint, I was, let's go back that far.

Prior to sort of my career, which sort of started 2006 or 20 years ago when I got serious about a career, whatever a career is these days, I was a cabaret singer prior to that.

So I was actually a Michael Bublé tribute act in Cyprus.

Yes, I was.

Yeah, for my sins.

But

And so if you're not willing to take a chance, if you're not willing to miss, then you'll never hit anything.

Very true.

So the first thing you do, you've got an appetite, you mentioned an appetite for risk and you decide that your first step, because what I want this to be is really tactical for people from the property sphere.

Yes.

Because I think there's probably enough interviews of you out there and there's enough information, enough information books and TV programs and stuff, people could find out about sort of the overall ethos of you, but I want to get really into the tactical property side because the outcomes that we are literally currently sitting within, which is lovely by the way, um, is a result of the actions that you've taken in a tactical manner.

So we're going to get into the tactics.

The first risky move that you take.

So that's where a lot of my focus goes now in things like the podcast or social media or YouTube or the academy is sharing the knowledge that has been life changing for me and making financial freedom accessible for everyone.
