What do you think are the most important things to know about deterrence as it pertains to with the 25th ID?

Yeah, absolutely.

I've been blessed with the opportunity to serve in the, the Pacific AOR for the last six years, and prior to this, I was a battalion commander during 2012 to 2014, in which we as a nation stated we were pivoting to the Pacific.

And that's because of the rise of the People's Liberation Army of China, and their, their ability to build strength and create land features in the South China Sea.

That was, uh, building for over a decade.

What we've been watching and what we focus on in this theater is not only watching that threat as it builds, but also ensuring that we can assure our allies.

What's not often appreciated by a lot of the Army, most of the Army is really focused on Europe and the Middle East and has been for, for many years.

Can you kinda just, like, give me, like, an overview? What is it? How does it benefit? And h- maybe how has it changed? You know, why is it better than it used to be?
