James BarronGUEST
No, it's a huge project, and, uh, it was one of the reasons we decided to take the Krona on, uh, because we, we kind of saw that something big is happening in La Punt.

James BarronGUEST
Um, Norman Foster's obviously a, a huge influence on, on me as a British guy growing up, you know, the buildings here, and in Hong Kong of course.

James BarronGUEST
Um, and basically the INHUB in, in itself is all about collaboration and co-creation, and we're trying to develop a project which is rooted in the community.

James BarronGUEST
Um, so we wanna, we wanna go towards the direction of regenerative tourism and trying to regenerate and replenish what is in La Punt at the moment.

James BarronGUEST
And I think if you look at tourism over in many areas of the Alps, you have a lot of, um, extraction.

James BarronGUEST
There's been a lot of extraction over the years from communities, from nature, whatever it may be, and now we're trying to look at different ways where we can co-create with nature and, and, uh, the community to create a really interesting project.
