Uh, and I was in culinary school trying to do this, um, and I just so happened to run across a whole lot of, um, experience in other places up north that I could actually go to.

And a couple of, uh, Michelin chefs that I worked with, um, they kinda invited me to other places.

So then I went to DC.

Um, I've been to Maryland.

I've been to Providence, Rhode Island.

Yeah.
