Yeah.

Like, we would just get on the phone and just talk through an issue and get to the point where we have a solution in place, and then person goes off and runs with it, and that, that brought me joy, and that made me feel like I've added value, and, you know, my group was doing really well.

And so once I realized, okay, so we, we don't wanna do the technical part as much.

We wanna focus on the people side of things.

Where does that leave you? Um, and I had the opportunity to be on the board of managers, and I was on the board of JSF, and I came back for a board meeting, and I was sitting there going, "I'm, I'm, I'm ready to come home.

I wanna, I wanna be in this environment per- permanently, and I wanna figure out a way to get back." And fortuitous meeting with, uh, one of the members over at JSF led to this opportunity, and I said, "I get to take all the things I love the most about my job, which is the coaching and the mentoring-"
