It's a loaded question, I realized, but but but what's kind of tea leaves? Can we can we learn from your experience? Here, moving forward?
27:45
Well, I don't have an answer, but I'll kind of spurt out some thoughts because we touched on this on your podcast with us.
27:52
We...
27:54
We've all done this.
27:55
We stumbled into this career, including myself, including David, and I believe including you, Alex.
27:59
We somehow became involved in aesthetics from our various backgrounds.
28:04
And it's that inception of a lack of a plan, a lack of a training pathway, a lack of regulations, a lack of a qualification, a lack of even a career pathway where that sets the precedent for things to come unstuck before we've even started.

44:28
Yeah.
7:32
What has prevented him from doing that?
7:34
I think the biggest thing is just, uh, this is his first year as a starting pitcher.
7:39
His last two years, he came out of the bullpen.
7:41
He didn't pitch more than four or five innings in a single game.
7:44
Last year, he was kind of the bridge guy for ASU's pitching staff that had their Friday and Saturday guys in Ben Jacobs and Jack Martin as last year.
7:51
But Carlin was the guy who would come in after them or on Sundays and give you three to four innings almost every week.
7:58
So it was a tall task for him to be able to increase his stamina to get up to that six inning range where he's gotten to so far this year.

15:43
Just one through nine, what is this lineup like? What has it been like throughout the, the course of the year?
9:47
Yeah.
9:47
They're not customers.
9:48
We are doctors and nurses looking after patients.
9:50
And so the more medical it's become, I have noticed our patients have taken us more seriously, and you know, we've sort of defined ourself as a specialism rather than just people putting Botox in faces.
10:02
So from that perspective, I like the professionalization of, of where we're going, even though there have certainly been some, you know, difficulties in terms of how we market ourself and, you know, the things that we traditionally did have become harder.
10:14
But that's not a bad thing given that the patient should be the first priority, in my opinion.
10:19
What, what do you think?

14 MINS LATER

24:24
Yeah.
