... to stop drinking."
2:48
Yes, that's all.
2:49
Yeah.
2:50
So, uh, gosh, it wasn't too long after that the, uh, small team went out to Montana and went to one of David's four-day conferences, and it totally transformed the way I thought about teaching, learning, leadership.
3:06
It was a very memorable trip because of the conference that David ran.
3:10
But also, there were four of us.
3:12
We stayed up until 1:00, 2:00 in the morning every single night just talking about what we heard that day and what the implications were for the work we were doing.
7:48
Like, the buck stops here.

So- How did you kind of stumble on this journey and said, "Hey, I had this idea." And then instead of how I, you know, when SmartFlow arrived and I was like, "I need to find a friend who's a developer," then you're like, "Hey, I can just build this." Tell us that journey and how did you arrive to the final product and what was the discovery kind of like?
6:37
Yeah, absolutely.
6:38
So being an independent practitioner, I've been using different AI softwares to help manage my personal workflow, and so especially lately I've been using Claude a lot.
6:50
And then with Claude, I've built some small little web apps to help me be able to use my workflow and really design it in a way that works for me and offload some of my personal workload.
7:01
And so getting comfortable with those platforms, I've just been looking for different ways to automate things to make it easier.
7:08
And so this started as, you know, I was giving out my phone number to clients, which I will say as a veterinarian, a risky move, but actually has been working okay for me so far.
7:18
I find that most clients have been pretty respectful of that time.

You know, like, what this work experience, life ex- experience as an independent contractor relief vet, kind of how that experience and that knowledge and what you learned there has translated into you arriving here.
