Kind of what led you to wanting to research auto-regulation within hypertrophy and then the study itself, what did it look like? How did you come to set it up that way? Yeah.

Jake RemmertGUEST
So the reason I wanted to do it was actually initially, I knew I wanted to do something in the hypertrophy realm.

Jake RemmertGUEST
And at the time when I was thinking about these different options, I was like, Everyone keeps talking about this like adding sets thing, right? Or should we keep the sets the same? Or like that debate was very on fire at the time.

Jake RemmertGUEST
And there still is no clear answer, right? But like people were talking about it a lot.

um yeah that makes a ton of sense and actually yeah from the way i feel about it i like the ecological validity of it because i think that makes complete sense it's like hey that's the whole point of water regulation is what does it help us get to so yeah i'd love to hear i guess um what you found your thoughts on the results uh speak to that jake be great

Can you tell us more about the population that you studied, the methods? Basically, can you introduce it to us to give us a picture of what you did, you and your team did? Of

Jake RemmertGUEST
We targeted 18 to 40, but I think that it ended up being like 19 to 23 or something like that.

Jake RemmertGUEST
I don't remember the exact numbers, but it'll be in the paper somewhere, I'm sure.
