challenges, these are the types of conversations they're having, right?
6:26
Yeah, exactly.
6:27
And how do we make sure that if we build for these folks that they're going to give enough revenue back to the rate base at the end of the day that we all end up better off as a result and rates become deflationary? The good news is that I think the data center industry has come around, right? A bunch of the big data center developers signed this ratepayer protection pledge earlier this year, which makes at least some high-level commitments around wanting to make sure that, again, they are paying for it at a minimum, their costs, if not going above their fair share of those costs.

And then, you know, I'd be remiss, we're here in Nevada, right? I think NV Energy and Microsoft just recently agreed on a more structured form of a ratepayer protection tariff here in the state.

I don't have all the details on it, but I think it's the first example we've seen of taking that high-level principle and commitment that was made in D.C., and actually operationalizing it out in the field.
7:09
But there's one last, I think, opportunity here we should all think about, right? It's not just that the relationship is complicated between load growth and rate increases, or that there are some basic programs we can put in place to make sure everybody is balanced.
7:20
There are actually a number of opportunities to have customers win along the way here.
8:52
But what sort of solutions do you think will have the greatest impact over the next five years? And do you think we'll hear more about that tomorrow?
