I guess, like, what did you learn about yourself this year? Like, if you had to grade your 2026 season, what would you give yourself?

Yeah.

I'll give it like a B-plus area, mainly because at the beginning of the year, I was super focused on developing to hopefully become a better pitcher for when I move up the ranks.

And I think at that midpoint of the year, I started focusing more about just a result process.

And I think if I stuck more of a process thought, I could have been in a better spot by the end of the year for setting myself up next year.

But I'm still happy with what I did just because at the start of the year, I thought I was who I was.

And then by the end of the year, I'm a whole new pitcher.

But just what was that year like overall for you developmentally?

I mean it's it's very wild going from high school where you know you're not really lifting as much you're not really prioritizing nutrition or anything and then you're going there and your your whole life is basically show up make sure you're eating well make sure you're doing your lifts and then come gay time they give you a lot of like unique drills that'll help you get better specifically and just very big plans that they want to accomplish with you and I mean Games were obviously it was very different from high school.

Having guys that can, you know, hit a home run anytime they put good barrel on the ball.

So learning how to get around that was a big challenge.

And then just the competition so much better than what I have faced before.

Can you talk to that, just that opportunity at such a young age to go play overseas and what that kind of helped you and your development as you got back in the swing of things and then, you know, getting into single A this year?

Yeah, I mean, I think I couldn't explain how much I think it helped me because, like, I know here specifically it's huge on development, but going out there for a while, they were so big on just fundamentals and doing it right the right way too.

And getting there also just gave me another – another source of facing really good competition.
