Being in the beauty industry, especially at such a young age, I mean, I've been in the industry for 17 years.

Wow.

I got involved in the beauty space and started my business when I was 18.

So I really haven't worked for anyone else but myself.

But that's also a bad thing, because when you're really struggling and you're a silent struggler, because I never let anyone know, even though they knew.

What do you say? What do you say to the young girl out there that's trying to make a career and trying to be out there, but also acknowledges that they might have a problem with drinking or other behaviors?
