So this is kind of his year to do that, right?

Yeah, for sure.

I mean, what Bo Pribula has been able to show in his first two games is that he makes the throws he can.

He doesn't push it.

And he's been able to, you know, I mean, he showed he can pass the ball against Norfolk State.

And even in the second half against NC State, where they had three consecutive passes, including a touchdown pass, he's been able to show like, hey, I know everyone talks about my run, but I can also pass the ball pretty well.

I mean, he He completed like the first eight passes against Norfolk State on Friday night last week.

probably won't be full, but that's whatever.

Generally,

they do not offer this early.

2029 usually are getting their offers next summer, not now.

Virginia is adjusting how they handle offers.

And that's something that I kind of teased on why I was 24-7 leading up to it, that Virginia was going to be a little bit more aggressive on offers.

You're going to see a little bit more offers being extended by UVA.

You're seeing that even today and yesterday when the coaches are on the road.

It's just like those high school recruits got to go up a notch if they're going to be able to come in here and make an impact.

Um, and you know, someone was asking me, is that fair? Is it unfair? Where do you land on that, on that wind total?

Well, considering in the AC ballot, I think I've put them finishing third.

I actually feel like that I'm going for the over on that.

It's been kind of interesting to see just the national thought process on where Virginia is.

You see like the like you said, the age thing and you see how they say there's more experience and all that, but doesn't show up every time you see a preseason ballot.

I feel like that is ignored whenever you're looking at the ACC preseason balance and in favor of historical teams rather than what's going on on paper right now.

I think ESPN actually in their football power index had them finishing like nine and three with the probability scale.

Jackie, are you sticking with the same game, or are you going elsewhere?

What do you make of just what they've done recently here in the month of June in this class?

I mean, you can tell what they're trying to do is they try to get those guys in the like the 87 rankings and 24-7 kind of those guys that will be good developmental players in your roster, especially when you get in the portal, you get some experienced guy to help you kind of get through some of those times where you're waiting for those guys to develop and then What they're hoping is kind of what you're seeing also on Virginia's current roster is guys like Dylan Noon Short take a little bit more reps, kind of those guys.

And you can also see that what Tony Elliott said in his first ever press conference, I think I even asked him the question, what was his hope? He was like, he really wants to make sure that in-state kids stay.

If you look at that 2027 class, you can see that that focus in state is still pretty prevalent.

I mean, it took, I want to say Moreno Fisher last Monday was the first non-Virginia kid to commit to the Cavaliers, which says a lot.

And then afterwards, you got Xavier Miller who committed.

So again, they did a really good job of kind of honing in on some of the guys that they want in state.

Yeah, like the guys that have multiple years to play.
