It's not quite that simple, 'cause you have to have, uh, special software that you plug the key into, and it decrypts it, and takes all the, you know, the kind of, um, coding off it.

But it won't always work either, so it could've been encrypted badly, decrypted badly, so you mightn't actually get access to it when you get the key.

Some systems you will, but not all.
