So how as a clinician, like can, or how should we be helping to educate patients, the general public around that this is possible and that the deck isn't completely stacked against them, but how we can work with those factors such as the adaptive thermogenesis so that they can achieve long-term resolution and success.

Yeah.

I mean, this is, again, when we talk about powerful places where we can use natural medicine, right? So hopefully if we've had the opportunity to help people set up for success, in other words, if we've had the opportunity to help guide them on things like diet and physical activity and nutrition, and maybe we've been able to tip the balance in a positive direction towards maintaining more lean mass, that's great because muscle is metabolically favorable relative to adipose tissue, which is inflammatory and is tending to you know, create signals that are negative in terms of their consequences for everything from, you know, inflammation to appetite regulation, right? So if we've been able to have that opportunity, it's great.

But I think the other thing that, you know, we're going to start to see more of, we're starting to see the beginning of it, is really understanding that many of the things that we do as interventions from a naturopathic or integrative medicine perspective actually are more effective if we can catch people in that window when they are trying to do weight loss maintenance versus when they're actually trying to lose weight, right? Because now we're starting with someone who, you know, And even if they are at risk, and we know that by what we have from data of all of these things kind of rebounding back, they're actually at a really metabolically good place typically when they've reached that point.

sort of place of success.

We even just had the first study of an acromantia postbiotic that was studied for prevention of rebound weight gain and rebound metabolic syndrome that really performed very well in this setting in people discontinuing GLP-1 medications.
31:53
And so I think what we're going to start to see in the future is that We kind of have many tools in our toolbox.

Can you just lay that out around how we should be viewing that?
