What were some of the inflection points as you went from kind of initial entrepreneurship to multi-location operator to a private equity-backed CEO in a much larger organization? What were some of the key points as you look back in that journey that really changed the direction of your life, your career, and the Kaizen outcome?

Um, you know, but if I, if I, if I dumped it down to like the initial, when you first start making money, uh, it's true what they say about the first million, it truly is the hardest.

And, um, know i used to tell people what worked for us at a million didn't work at five didn't work at ten you know it wasn't until we got to like that 80 million um you know over 500 employees when it was a much much bigger operation did the foundation really you know have to be built to be able to take on a lot a lot more scale um Because, you know, either through, you know, expense structure or, you know, just not having the capital to grow when you're a much smaller company, you can outgrow your systems and the things that work at one point.
12:07
So, you know, we had some pretty big inflection points.
12:10
So one of the first ones is you said that I was thinking in my head is.

39 MINS LATER
