Stigma, I think, is a major player in all of mental health care, because if people aren't being seen in some facility, in some way, in some capacity, be that with health care or even in community settings, it's hard to proactively help that person.

But even once we get through stigma and get to having people who are presenting in some healthcare setting for mental health concerns, the link to physical activity and exercise isn't easy.

Because people are often seen first for mental health concerns in a primary care clinic, which doesn't already have an exercise facility there.
