So if he gets 30...
27:37
or even double what he's got now, 26, whatever, I'll be very pleased.
27:41
So I think in some ways you have to manage expectation.
27:45
Some people will think, well, he should get 40 now.
27:49
And I'm not saying he can't, but it's not realistic to expect him to score 40 goals.
27:59
And we have to make sure we don't become over-reliant on him.
28:03
And that sounds daft because he's scoring most of our goals, right? But we have to keep the players chipping in with their goals as well because every striker will go through a little patch where they have a bit of bad luck or they might, if he gets injured, you know, it can't just be, oh, well, where's Langshear? You know, we've got to have someone behind him.

49:32
that's it i'll go other side of the spectrum um obviously age wise no offense gentlemen i'll go to jacob because obviously he's on the younger side he's younger than obviously me as well what's your thoughts on steel river jacob
32:37
Is it up to Helberg now, Jacob, to find that balance where we're not overly relying on Koji Juby so when the time comes where he does need a break or he's got a knock, he has to miss a couple of games, that we're not too over-reliant on him and our forward thinking becomes a bit less organised simply because we're missing Koji Juby?
33:02
Yeah, I think when he's fit, he's got to play really.
33:05
I think you manage it depending on the scoreline, right? So if we find ourselves churning it up on 65 minutes, give him a rest and bring someone else on.
33:15
That might be when you bring a toppy Conway on, when you've already got the goals in the bag and it's worked your backside off for the last 25 minutes.
33:24
So, yeah, I think you've just got to manage him.
33:26
But I think he's great.
33:28
I think he's exciting.

42:47
Is that something that's going to come with time when players get more comfortable with each other and know exactly how each other's going to play? Or is it something that we're just going to have to deal with because it's Kim Helberg's playing style?
29:32
But, you know, we've got a squad now of first team players that's more than, how many are on the bench? Is it eight or nine? I don't know now.
29:42
Nine.

Till next time, up the
66:19
borough.
13:53
We just seemed to be pushing ourselves further and further back.
13:57
Yeah, it was a bit strange, really.
13:59
I don't know.
14:01
Again, sometimes it's not...
14:04
I'm sure they weren't intending to stop attacking or whatever some people might say, because I'm sure that wasn't the aim.
14:13
Sometimes it's just a feel and what happens on the pitch, isn't it? But I don't know.
14:19
You'd hope that we had individuals on the pitch that could pick their game up and say, look...

14 MINS LATER

28:23
three.
13:18
We haven't got the easiest start in the world, but Getting a home game first, I thought that was the most important thing, especially after the hard finish of the season that we did have.
13:30
Yeah, I mean, first game at home is always one you look for in terms of, you know, well, you'd think it's a little bit easier playing at home, but I think the fixture in itself will be a good...
13:41
I know some people will call me a paratrooper if we're going to be early in terms of saying it'll show whether we've progressed, but it's a game last season where you play a team that's probably going to come quite defensive.
13:52
They're probably not going to have anything over 35% of the ball.
13:55
They're probably going to sit in and make it quite difficult.
13:59
it's a game where we'd either lose 1-0 or draw last season.
14:04
So already I see this as kind of a parameter in terms of have we improved? Are we going to be a bit more ruthless? Can we score a scruffy goal if the game's tight? So again, some people might say I'll go a bit early in terms of being very disappointed if we don't win.

25 MINS LATER

39:07
What kind of Lincoln side are you expecting to come up here? You know, are you expecting one that's going to do the, I hate this phrase, low block? Are you expecting an expansive team, you know, a team that someone's going to have a ball
8:24
I think they're probably looking at what Troy Parrott's done let's see when he's moved away from tottenham he's obviously made his name and i'll find out west ham and other teams are interested in him so maybe we'll get the same out well we don't know yet but i'll move on to you jacob um he mentioned the front line there my concern was it's the back line i'm still a bit worried about how we are at the back what's your thoughts on how we've done this summer
8:49
um much heaven i was a couple of weeks ago obviously i know everyone needs time to get players and obviously when when having he did everything that he could and it was a good opportunity for him.
9:05
Dale Fry leaving was a bit disappointing because I like Fry a lot.
9:11
So we definitely need covering centre-back.
9:15
I mean, our Edmondson's still here.
9:17
They need to get rid of him and bring somebody else in, a better centre-back than him.
9:24
I still think we probably need a left-back or two.

15 MINS LATER

24:19
What's one thing you are looking forward to seeing or being part of or whatever it may be of this season coming up?
