So Jakub, could you share with us, uh, some of the steps, uh, that you will do or take in diagnosing a patient with MCI or mild dementia?

First of all, we need to conceive the idea that there may be some cognitive deficit.

We need to consider that patient complaints and patient history is leading us toward diagnosing a cognitive deficit.

There is a central role for primary care physicians, for GPs and the other outpatient specialists who serve in this primary care, and they need to hear patients properly, and it's very useful if they already can make some brief neuropsychological examination by bedside memory or cognitive tests.

Then later on, these patients who are screened or pre-screened can be referred to the specialist clinics where structural brain imaging can be done like MRI or CT scan, and then later on in the specialized centers, metabolic markers can be evaluated.

The role of primary care physicians is critical for the whole healthcare system, I believe, worldwide, and this is because these physicians, they provide care for patients also from the other reasons.

They usually treat the other medical conditions.

Now, how do we then manage patients with MCI and mild dementia? What are the current status when it comes to treatment? Jakub, perhaps you could, uh, tell us a bit about recommendations, uh, when it comes to management of MCI.
